Please note: Due to the rural location of the office, reliable transport is essential.
This is an office-based role working Monday – Friday.
Key duties:
- Building and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
- Preparing and sending tailored quotations based on client needs.
- Following up on quotes to help convert opportunities into sales.
- Processing customer orders accurately and coordinating with the logistics team.
- Responding to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or CRM.
- Maintaining a high level of service and support for all customers.
- Qualifying leads and assisting in turning them into active sales opportunities.
- Keeping the CRM system updated with all customer interactions and sales activity.
- Assisting with sales reports, forecasting, and updating the sales pipeline.
- Taking part in team meetings and ongoing sales training.
